Admission - Swatantrya Senani Ramrao Awargaonkar Law College Beed

The Bar council of India has prescribed minimum qualification for the admission to 3 year as well as 5 year Law course according to circular bearing No. LE (Cir) No 3/ 1997 Dated 19th Sept. 1997 students seeking admission must have secured 45% marks at the qualifying examination. That, at the time of joining the course of instruction in Law for a degree in Law, he is a graduate of a university of possesses such academic qualification which are considered equivalents to a graduates degree of a university by the Bar council of India. There shall be maximum strength of 60 students in each Division.

Admission Rules

  • A Student who has passed the LL.B. (Final) Examination of this University or equivalent examination of any other statutory University will be eligible for admission in LL.M. Part-I

  • The student must register his/her name for enrollment of LL.M. Part-I in the prescribed from along with a copy of the marks memo of LL.B. (Final). The merit list for admission to LL.M. Part-I shall be prepared & displayed on the notice board.

  • After displaying the final merit list the student must deposit the required fees along with relevant documents.

  • The student at the time of admission or within 15 days from the date of admission must submit application for GOI scholarship along with relevant documents. In case of non-sanctioning of the GOI Scholarship the student must pay the full fees. E.B.C. facility is not available to the students for this course.

  • After admission and within 15 days the student must obtain Identity card duly signed by the Principal.

  • A student shall be eligible to appear for LL.M. examination, provided he attended prescribed number of lectures conducted by the college.

  • During the academic year, if the student is found guilty of any misconduct, appropriate action under Sec. 93,94,95 of Maharashtra University Act 1994 read along with notification No. 126 to 129 of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University shall be taken against the concerned students.
